Notes:

It isn't completely flat but it is as flat as you can get in that area besides where the storm drain is on the edge of one of them that boarders the service vehicle parking area. There is also a loading area with 10 minute parking in the lot as well. Technically all of them can accommodate a van if there is no one parked in the service vehicle parking area.
There is a storm drain on the edge of one of the accessible parking spots and goes into the yellow marked path area for service vehicles but the path marked as the accessible spots loading zone is as flat as you can get in the parking lot.
