Parking can fill up in this lot pretty quickly depending on the time of year; if the golf course that shares this parking lot is open it can be difficult to find a spot sometimes.
There are a couple large cracks in the parking lot pavement and a post hole in the path of the covered walkway, but there are ways to avoid them and cross at a spot with only a slight dip in the pavement.
