Most of the product shelving is 48" at maximum, with the exception of the paintbrush wall, which extends to 78" and the color wall, which extends to 72". The store is well staffed, and the employees are very friendly, so asking for assistance to access products on the higher shelves is made easy. The service counter also has two heights, one at 34" and the other at 40", allowing the customer flexibility in the height of counter used during their transaction.

The restroom is open to public use, but is in the warehouse section of the store, which attributes to the lack of sign. The door has round doorknobs, which are not easy to use for everyone. The soap dispenser is within the appropriate range, at 45", but the towel dispenser is too high, at 58". This store does show interest in changing the bathroom in the near future, and intends to lower the height of the towel dispenser, as well as possibly add a sign and changing the doorknobs to levers.
