The accessible parking spaces are not located directly in front of Knead ,but are within a reasonable distance to the entrance. The van accessible spaces are 9ft wide with a 8 foot wide access aisle that leads directly to the sidewalk, where a detectable warning surface is located. Knead is located at the ground level of an apartment complex and has other dedicated parking for the business lining the sidewalk.

The business entrance is 35" wide and does have the maximum 1/2" threshold. Overall the Knead Café & Pâtisserie is a welcoming and inclusive environment, the staff is very nice and happy to help. There are multiple seating options and open space for moving around. The stools provided at Knead are sturdy, but do not have backs or arm bars on them, but are offered in two different heights. The space is well lit and easy to navigate.
