Overall, Goodwill offers a broad range of merchandise, but does not allow proper access to certain products located along routes with obstacles or displayed out of reach or sight. Some improvements we recommend for this space include adding a curb cut to the front of the store to make it easier for people to access the main entrance instead of going around to the accessible parking spaces, making the aisles wider in certain areas that do not meet ADA requirements, adding base shelving on the walls or removing the wall hangers to make it easier for a someone with visual impairments to avoid hitting an obstruction, and having a more defined checkout line to help with wayfinding.

Some areas where Goodwill has met or surpassed the minimum requirements to make the space inclusive and accessible include the restroom design and parking spaces. The restrooms are adequately accessible and meet all the ADA requirements. The accessible parking spots, though they could be of a higher quantity, are appropriate for user needs and access.
